Mrs. W. B. Hackett, aged 56 years, died last night at her home in Sherman North addition of a complication of heart and kidney trouble. A year ago last Christmas Mrs. Hackett went to Chicago to attend the funeral of a son where she took a cold which seemed to settle in her kidneys. She has gradually grown worse and was never able to get rid of the ailment. As she has been a great sufferer for several weeks, death came as a relief. She leaves one daughter, Mrs. W. J. Gordon of Chicago. No funeral arrangements will be made until this daughter can be heard from.
