Rev. James F. Polson, of Atlanta, died December 16, 1988. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ruth Polson, Atlanta; four daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Marshal Wallace, Miss Ruby Polson, Mr. and Mrs. Otis Stapp, Mrs. Betty Peacock, all of Atlanta; four sisters, Ms. Sadie Polson, Ms. Lottie Polson, Ms. Tempie Polson, all of Porterdale; Mrs. Ruth Bruce, Scottdale; two brothers, Mr. Ruben Polson, Gainesville; Mr. William Polson, Atlanta; 13 grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 20, 1988 at 1:30 p.m. from the Friendship Baptist Church. Rev. Tommy Herrin and Rev. Johnny Watson will officiate. Interment, Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The remains are at the residence 201 Tye St., S.E., Atlanta. Pallbearers assemble at the residence 1 p.m. Horis A. Ward Inc., Candler Rd.
