Jean Virginia Garber passed on to her permanent home on January 21, 2021.
She was born July 23, 1926, a daughter of the late James E. and Hannah (Morris) Dobbins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Caldwell and husband William "Bill" F. Caldwell III and their family; son, David Garber and wife, Diana and their family.

Her family was her greatest blessings and spoke of each of them frequently. She enjoyed traveling and being with friends and family. Jean was a wonderful example of a mother, grandmother and friend. She was the last one of her generation. Her grandchildren and friends will miss her greatly, as well as her unconditional love she displayed to us as a cherished memory to all who knew and loved her.

A private graveside service will be held for family, followed by a celebration of life service at a later date. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of one's choice in Jean's memory.
