Ruby died at Samaritan Regional Health system from complications following hip surgery.

She was born in Coshocton County and was a resident of Ashland County since 1937. She was and avtive member of the First Christian Churchfor many years serving on numerous committies and singing in the choir. She enjoyed playing bridge and belonged to two bridge clubs. She was a resident of Belmont Tower the past two and a half years, and she is survived by many friendds. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and will be remembered for her beautiful smile, sparkling eyes and kind nature.

On July 8, 1939, Ruby married Allen C. Fox, who preceded her in death on July 17, 1999.

She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-laws, Donald and Crystal Fox of Leon Valley, Texas, and Randall and Sarah Fox of Houston; for grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and two nieces, a nephew and a cousin.

The family expresses special gratitude to Ron and Betty Clawson for their love and devotion to her the past years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Allen C.; and, six siblings.
