M. A. BARKER DIED FRIDAY AT LOCKESBURG, ARK
M.A. Barker, age 85 years, died at the home of his daughter in Lockesburg, Arkansas, Friday morning after a lingering illness of several months duration.
The deceased had been a resident of Broken Bow for the past seven years and familiarly known as "Dr." Barker, from his occupation of peddleing medinical products.
He is survived by two sons, W.B. and Henry Barker of this vicinity; two daughters, Mrs. Esther Ross, Lockesburg, Arkansas, and Mrs. Viola Nelson, Broken Bow.
Funeral services were conducted at Lockesburg, Arkansas, Friday afternoon.
