ELGIN – Leverda Brown Goff, 89, was born on November 24, 1932. She was the daughter of the late Mamie Jeffers Brown and Howell Ansel Brown. She passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at National Health Care in Sumter.

Surviving are her and son-in-law, Charles "Mike" Lloyd of Sumter; grandsons, Matthew Lloyd (Amanda); great-grandsons, Daxton Aussie Lloyd and Rhody Brain Lloyd; grandson, Micky Lloyd (Leslie). She was preceded in death by husband, Aussie Birchmore Goff; daughters, Dorinda Marcene Goff Lloyd and Malinda Runee Goff, son, Kevin Brian Goff; brother, Delmar Brown, Andrea Brown and Wayne Brown; and sister, Anita Elizabeth Brown.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church Fellowship Hall from 12:00-2:00 p.m. A private graveside burial will be held in Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Association of the Blind.
