She was known to family and friends as Millie and mom. She is also preceded in death by her husbands Joe Skeens, William Donnelly and William Pifer, pets; Blue and BB.
She is survived by her children; Patricia Skeens Parks, Joe Ed Skeens Jr. and William Charles Skeens, grandchildren; William T. Skeens, Robert C. Parks, Joe Ed Skeens III, Nathan J. Parks, Jodi E. Skeens and Haylee N. Sexton. great grandchildren; Natalie J. Parks, Gabriel C. Parks, Ian B. Skeens, Axton L. Skeens, sister; Barbara Jean Lawson, several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday May 19, 2017 5782 Yuma Road, Gate City, Virginia 24251.
