Elizabeth McGray
Once again the shadow of death has entered our neighborhood and taken from us Elizabeth McGray. She has had a long illness but has not been confined to her bed all the time. For the past few years she has made her home with her brother, D. R. McGray. Her death came easily on March 29. Funeral services were held April 1. Rev. Champlin, of Albion, spoke words of comfort to the bereaved relatives. Mr. Thompson of Freedom had charge of arrangements.
A remarkable coincidence of Miss McGray's death was that she died on the same day of the month and was also buried on the same day as her sister, Mrs. Addie Fuller, who died eight years ago.

Death Notice
McGrey - In Freedom, March 28, Mrs. Lizzie McGrey.

Please note: Elizabeth J. "Lizzie" McGray was never married so I'm not sure why the above death notice refers to her as Mrs. Lizzie McGrey.
