Mrs. Warren Bailey, aged nearly 62, died at the home of her son, Henry Bailey, at Bradley, at 8 o'clock Saturday evening, after an illness of several months, suffering intensely from cancerous trouble. For many months she has been a great sufferer, being at many times too weak to look after her household duties, but she bore it all with patience and fortitude. Since last January she has been cared for in her old home by her son, Henry Bailey. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Bailey were former residents of Galesburg, having moved to Bradley from here. Mr. Bailey passed into the great beyond four years ago, and from that time she has been making her home first at one place and at another until she was confined to her bed. Last winter she made her home with Mr. and Mrs. John McNaughton of this village. The only immediate relatives surviving are one son, Henry Bailey of Bradly, one sister, Mrs. Fred Storms of Gladwin, Mich., and four grandchildren. The obsequies were held at the home of Bert Bailey at Charleston, Tuesday afternoon at one o’clock. Burial at Charleston Cemetery.
