Jamestown. Joseph and family moved to East Greenwich Township, RI. in the year
1731,he was a farmer and dealer in Land.
Married; (2) Hannah ? in 1743. In this year 1743 Joseph was chosen Deputy to the
Rhode Island General Assembly from West Greenwrich. Later about 1768 Joseph
and family moved to Wyoming Valley, Pa. in which Lackawanna Co., and Scranton, Pa.
are located. He was listed as one of the early settlers in this area in a book
the History of Wyoming.
