SUSAN ELAINE JONES, age 66 years of Hudson, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson. She was born on August 3, 1955 in Hudson, the daughter of Albert L. and Rita Mae (Bach) Borck. Susan graduated from Hudson High School in 1973. She married Danny Jones on July 30, 1996 in Toledo, Ohio. He survives. Susan enjoyed collecting things, antiques, gardening, cooking and being at home. She enjoyed her time with family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving besides her husband, Danny are their four children, Scott (Maritza Rodriguez) Burnett, Christina Jones, Daniel Jones and Nathan (Amanda) Burlew, six grandchildren, Amber (Josh), Danessa, Jordan, Wyatt, Kailey and Uriah, one great grandson, Zion, two sisters, Margaret (Bob) Griggs and Kathy (Bob) Rodriuez, a brother, Tom Borck, a sister-in-law, Anita Borck and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Susan was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Ron Borck and sister, Jan Naugle. Funeral Services for Susan will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, January 7, 2022 at the Brown-Van Hemert Funeral Home in Hudson with Pastor Wesley Rowan officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M. on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at the funeral home.
