Find a Grave ID

Bio

**I will gladly transfer a memorial to family members or interested/vested person upon request. No extensive documentation proof or DNA sample required :-) .**

My information comes from obituaries, death certificates, family Bible entries, and personal relationships or knowledge of the deceased.

Most of the memorials I manage beyond creation were either 'inherited' through a fallen graver or were FG-managed when I suggested an edit, so I simply took on management until/unless someone wishes to manage it themselves.

I appreciate your patience with edit/transfer requests, as I am on Find A Grave only a couple times a week.

Thank you in advance for your help in completing grave entries. I welcome suggested edits and corrections. Please use the Suggest Edits and Suggest Other Corrections buttons to ensure timely attention.

I have "inherited" a number of grave entries from now-fallen gravers, including a few apparent "pre-need" memorials. Each is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the family requests a pre-need memorial removal, I will (or already have) emailed FG to request the removal. As of December 2021, FG is backlogged with requests, so the removal may take a while. Your patience is appreciated.

About me:
Researcher and historian of the greater Addison-Manitou Beach area in Lenawee County. I hold a comprehensive and near complete collection of local newspapers (Addison, Michigan) from 1885-1960 as well as historical documents from estate sales where there were no known living (or interested) relatives; filling in birth, death dates and places of birth and death as I come across them. Documents include obituaries, funeral cards, family Bibles and genealogy records, including select members of the Binns, McLouth, Anderson, Cherry, Fitzsimmons and Wilson families of Lenawee County and beyond. I tend to look for holes in obituary records and fill them in the hopes they are the piece to the puzzle someone near or far is seeking.

I will also share any information, photos, etc. upon request if I have additional materials.

If you see any errors in the memorials created/managed, please let me know. I will fix them immediately.
