Mrs. Chas. Blanchard died this morning at 12:30 of consumption after a long illness. She had been confined to her bed, however, but about ten days. Funeral services will be held Sunday, the hour and place not having yet been decided. Time and space forbid further mention this issue.

Mrs. Elsina Blanchard, wife of Charles Blanchard, living near Poncha Springs, died Friday at her home from pneumonia. The deceased had been in poor health for some time and was not able to withstand even a light attack of the disease. The funeral was held Sunday, the interment being made at Woodland cemetery, Rev. W. B. Pope officiating. The deceased was 63 years of age and was the mother of three children. The family is one of the most prominent in that neighborhood, and the deceased will be very much missed by her neighbors and associates.
