Mrs. Buckingham Of Inner Wheel
Mrs. Roberta R. Buckingham, a resident of the area for the last 65 years, died Saturday at Doctors Hospital after a brief illness.
The wife of a retired veterinarian, Dr. David E. Buckingham, Mrs. Buckingham was a founding member of the Inner Wheel Club of Washington, composed of wives of members of the Rotary Club. She was active in the group's charitable activities.
In addition to her husband of the home address, 3133 Connecticut avenue N.W., she leaves four sons, Wells S. of Derwood, Md., D. Randall of 3108 Hawthorne street N.W., Donald of Los Angeles, Calif., and Dr. Richard G. of Rockville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm. tomorrow in St. Alban's Church. Burial will be in Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
