Willis Ivey and Eula Ennis were married on May 4, 1913 in Harnett County, North Carolina. Following his wife's death, he married Ila Florence McCabe in Smithfield, Johnston County, North Carolina on July 5, 1928. Once again widowed, he married Ila Johnson in Smithfield on December 28, 1935
