Elizabeth Jean Blevins Crislip , age 67, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center, Paintsville, Ky.
Elizabeth was born August 29, 1954 in Morgan County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Elisha Blevins, JR and Myrtie Marie Hall Blevins. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one brother Ronald Eugene Blevins.
She is survived by her husband William Walter Crislip, Jr of Van Lear, Kentucky, one daughter, Sara Elizabeth Crislip Bowling of Tomahawk, Kentucky; one step-son, Jerry Lee Crislip of Washington Courthouse, Ohio; one brother, Hershell Blevins of Staffordsville, KY; two sisters, Latona Ann Crider of Staffordsville, Kentucky, Nita Gail O'Brien of Paintsville, Kentucky; one half-sister, Sandra Blevins Jollie of Littleton, Colorado and four grandchildren, Danielle Marie Elizabeth Bowling, Jonathan Ryan Johnson, Jr., Richard Lee Sherman, and Elijah Gage Spence.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Staffordsville Church Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 3, 2021, and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021.
