Wilma T. Shutley, 78, of Longview, Texas, formerly of Acworth, died Monday. Services were held in Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. The Revs. John D. Henderson and John Darnell will officiate. Burial was in the Mars Hill Cemetery in Acworth.
A Union County native, Mrs. Shutley had lived most of her life in Cobb County. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Survivors include daughters Willie Grace Holt of Marietta, Elizabeth Ann Brownlow of Longview; sisters Alice Duncan of Kennesaw and Fannie Griggs of Marietta; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
