J.D. Anderson, of Jacksboro, Tennessee; went home to be with the Lord and Savior Tuesday.

J.D. enjoyed helping people. He would have helped a total stranger if they asked. He loved being around his family, riding his tractor, and going down to the spring. He truly loved the outdoors. He was always very thankful. He made it a point to thank you and to thank the Lord. He loved listening to Gospel music. He loved honey buns, moon pies, bananas, and sandwiches. And we cannot forget that he loved his tobacco- Rex OX twist and cup. And his favorite saying was "I love every bone in ya body."

He is preceded in death by his parents, Millard and Gracie (Rutherford) Anderson;
brothers: D.T., Lonis, and William Henry "Bill" Anderson and infant brother, Charles Edward Anderson; sisters, Lillie Mae Dulin and Ola Jean Lane; sister-in-law, Jewel Anderson; and brother-in-law, Buck Dulin

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Caryville, TN with his funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM. Interment will be Sunday, November 21, 2021, at 3:00 PM at Bakers Forge Cemetery in Lafollette, TN.
