SERVICES TODAY FOR ROYAL BLUE INFANT
Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) for Charles Edward Anderson, one year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Millard Anderson of Royal Blue. The child died Tuesday after a lingering illness.
Besides the parents he is survived by seven brothers and three sisters, all of Royal Blue.
Services will be held today at 2:00 p.m. at Turley Baptist Church, burial in Turley Cemetery. Cross Funeral Home, Caryville, in charge.
*Note: the death certificate and obituary both state that the child was buried in Turley Cemetery. I imagine that when Turley and Royal Blue ceased to be towns, the family probably moved his grave to Lovely Cemetery, where I found it in 2006.*
