It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Robert "Bob" Savard at the age of 88 years. He is survived by his wife, Veronica Coghlan-Savard; her family; two brothers, one sister-in-law; many nieces, nephews and friends. Bob was predeceased by his parents, Moise and Agnes Mary Savard; his first wife, Margaret (Townley); brothers, Patrick, Henry, David and Lawrence; sisters, Alice, Rose, Elsie, Lillian and Evelyn. Bob was a proud member of Local 720 of the International Association of Ironworkers, as well as a brother of the Knights of Columbus. Memorial donations in memory of Bob can be made to the charity of one's choice. A Memorial Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on June 27, 2015, at Annunciation Catholic Church, 9420 - 163 Street NW, Edmonton.
