On Saturday, November 6, 2021, Juanita Mae Hylton McAlpine, age 80, of Princewick, WV transitioned into Heaven after a courageous battle with sickness at Camden Park Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV.
Born on July 19, 1941 in Fireco, WV, she was the daughter of the late James Albert Hylton and Lennie Mae Bolen Hylton.
Juanita was a homemaker and a devoted pastor's wife. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Barney McAlpine; her son Scott McAlpine, by siblings James Hylton, Franklin Hylton, Stacy Shuck, Edna Hodges, Betty Perdue and Carolyn Denney.
Those survivors left to cherish her memory include her son, Kevin McAlpine of Princewick, brother, The Reverent Harold Hylton and Kathy of North Ridgeville, OH; a sister Geneva Dolinger of Lorain, OH. A host of nephews and nieces who dearly loved her also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Harold Hylton at the Beckley Church of God on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at noon. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband and son at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV. Friends may visit the family from 10 AM until service time on Saturday at the Beckley Church of God. Pallbearers will be family members.
