Mrs. John Gall, age fifty-three, residing in the Sandbank community in the northeastern part of the county, died suddenly about 3:30 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon with heart trouble. She, together with her husband and other members of the family, assembled at the R.L. Haskett grove to attend a picnic given by the "Square Deal" threshing company of which they were members. She apparently was in the best of health when they arrived at the grove and at once proceeded to assist in waiting on the guests. Later while strolling on the grounds with Mrs. H.L. Haskett and some other ladies, she fell forward to the ground and in a short time life was extinct before medical aid reached her.

Mrs. Gall with the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Cline and was born in Somerset, Ohio. Both of her parents have been dead for several years. In the year 1887, at her home in Ohio, she was united in marriage to John Gall, and in a short time afterwards they moved to Tipton county. To this union were born five children, one dying in infancy. The four surviving are William J.; Albert J.; Lewis A.; and the Misses Florence and Bertha. She also has a brother, William Cline and a sister, Mrs. Stine, residents of Somerset, Ohio.

Mrs. Gall was a most excellent woman, always of a jovial nature and her friends were numerous and will regret to learn of her demise.

The funeral services were held on Friday at St. John's church, with the Rev. Father Bilstein officiating. Interment was at the Catholic cemetery in this city.
