She was the daughter of George A. and Darlene (Anerburg) Forward. Frances married Forest L. Teer on March 31, 1956, in Dixon, Illinois; he died August 24, 1979. Frances and her husband owned and operated Walworth Cleaners in Walworth until her retirement in 1981. She was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Walworth.
