Funeral services for Mrs. Adra Odom will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2021, at Hopewell Baptist Church, Pitkin, with Reverends Alfred Kennedy, Brad Perkins and Charles Willis officiating.

Interment will follow in Hopewell Cemetery, Pitkin, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.

Mrs. Odom, 86, of Oakdale, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, in her residence.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and gardening. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Merchant and Vidie Ware; her husband Clayton Odom; two brothers, Doug Ware and Shirley Cloud; one sister, Macie Willis; and one grandson, Derek Odom.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include three sons, Carson Odom, and his wife, Connie, of Elizabeth, Terry Odom, and his wife, Lorrie, of Elizabeth and Marlon Odom, and his wife, Sheila of Ten Mile; two daughters, Brenda Johnson, and her husband, Larry, of Indian Village, and Lisa Ray, and her husband, Robert of Mt. View, Arkansas; one sister, Marie Slayton, of Odomtown; twenty grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.

A time of visitation will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church, Pitkin, on Thursday, October 28, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Visitation will resume at the church on Friday, October 29, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

Pallbearers honored to serve will be: Colin Ludeau, Cody Odom, Jacob Odom, Ethan Ray, Warren Odom, Logan McDaniel, Laikin Odom and John Taylor.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kadin Chamberlain, Matthew Townson, Tyler Townson and Joshua Townson.
