Mr. Billings was a son of Ruel E. Billings and Jennie M. Harvey Billings. He was the husband of Alice Watson Billings. They were married on 7 Dec 1916 in Baltimore, MD and were parents to two known children, a son and a daughter. Mr. Billings attended Tunkhannock schools and the Wyoming Seminary and was a member of the Presbyterian church and fraternal organizations. Mr. Billings was the owner of several service stations in the area. He suffered a fatal heart attack at his home on West Tioga Street in Tunkhannock. He was survived by his wife and children.
