Funeral services for Mrs. Lola Montez Farnsworth, 65, wife of Reuben R. Farnsworth, were held Friday afternoon in the Lindquist chapel at Ogden. Interment was in the Ogden cemetery.
Mrs. Farnsworth died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G.A. Meyer, of heart trouble. She was formerly of Richfield, having only gone to Ogden a year ago.
She was born in Provo, the daughter of George W. and Emily Haws Bean, and is a sister of the Bean family of our city, and of Mrs. Elizabeth Peterson of Manti, whose death we reported two weeks ago.
Surviving the deceased are her husband and the following children: Reuben C. Farnsworth of Pleasanton, California, George R. Farnsworth of Little River, California, Authur B. Farnsworth and LeGrande Farnsworth of San Bernardino, California, Mrs. R.C. Hardman of Los Angeles, Mrs Carlyle Merkley of Blackfoot, Idaho, Mrs. Meyer of Ogden. The brothers and sisters who survive are: G.T. and E.P. Bean of Richfield, O.U. of New York City, Willian W. of Palmira, New York, Willard, Charles L., Virginitus, Isaac W. and Jesse F. , all of Richfield, Burton J. of Los Angeles, Taylor J. of San Francisco, Mrs. Milinda Beal of Richfield, Mrs. Vilate B. Johnson, Mrs. Emily B. Bell, Mrs. Flora B. Horne, all of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Melissa B. Clark of Richfield and Mrs. Nellie B. Taylor of Idaho.
