GREEN RIVER SUN OBITUARY – 07/17/2009

Merline Foster, 73, of Lucian Sallee Road, Campbellsville, died Saturday, July 4, 2009 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by her father, Granvil McDonald, her husband, Louie Foster in 1987, one son, Kenny Ray Foster and two daughters, Robyn Gail and Shelia May Foster, one breother Nicholas McDonald and one sister, Gracie Brown.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Kalap Lynn and Andrea Foster of Campbellsville, seven daughters and sons-in-law, Pat Munday of Liberty, Rose and George Gribbins, Wanda and Carl Graybeal all of Merrimac, Brenda and Paul Buis of Stanford, Marlene and Lowell Wilson of Liberty, Carolyn and Larry Friend of Junction City, Abby and Bryan Gatliff of Moreland, her mother, Ophelia Tungate McDonald of Merrimac, ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and three step grandchildren, six brothers, Philip McDonald and Buel Dean McDonald both of Liberty, George McDonald, Joseph McDonald, and David McDonald of Campbellsville and Bonald McDonald of Louisville and one sister, Burdiss Burress of Campbellsville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial in Jones Chapel Cemetery. Bro. Charles Warren, officiating.
