Services held for Ernest Bailey, 68
Ernest Bailey, 68, of Isom, died November 24 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington.
He was a son of the late Howard and Opal Madden Bailey, and was a brother of the late Earl Bailey, Roscoe Bailey, Liza Jean Bailey Collins, and Linda Mae Bailey.
Surviving are his wife, Sharon L. Lucas Bailey; a daughter, Sandra Kay Donnelly, Isom; a son, Ernest Howard Bailey, Naples, Fla.; three brothers, Raymond Bailey and Jay Bailey, both of Smoot Creek, and Moses Bailey, Herman, Tenn.; four sisters, Matilda Bailey, Herman, Tenn.; Lula Belle Collins, Pensacola, Fla.; Nancy Bailey and Betsy Bailey, both of High Point, N.C.; and two grandchildren, William Ray Donnelly and Hayley Joe Donnelly.
Funeral services were held November 27 at the Lighthouse Church. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery in Whitesburg.
Letcher Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
