The Channel mentioned in newspaper article, would be Okoraka Creek off Webster Road in Hukatere Reserve . This would be the nearest waterway from where they lived at Hukatere. The boat would only be a row boat and may have been moored down there. Henry's body would most likely be found on the beach in the Paparoa Creek [higher up in the full map] after the untied boat he and his brothers were out fishing in, drifted away.
