A native of Bourbon County, he was the son of the late Cash and Mary Holbrook Aldridge. He was owner of Aldridge Contracting.
Additional survivors include two sons, Dennis Aldridge and Alan Aldridge; a daughter, Tammera S. Hollar; three grandchildren, April R. Duanway, Donavon Hollar and Allison Marie Aldridge; a brother, David Aldridge, and several nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted at 1 p.m. today at the Scobee Funeral Home by Rev. Sandy Sanders and Rev. Bobby Castle. Burial was in the Winchester Cemetery.
Pallbearers were David King, Bill Bridges, Manny Barreda, Doc Robertson, Pat Quisenberry and Ron Hayes; honorary, Sportland Monday Night Couples Group and fellow golfer friends.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to the Department for Mental Health Oakwood, 2441 S. Highway 27, Somerset, Ky. 42501.
