She was born Feb. 22, 1944, in Saratoga Springs, daughter of the late Helen and Martin Edward (Bud) Sadler.
She lived in New Fairfield, Conn., for 25 years before moving to Danbury 10 years ago. She was employed at the Danbury Hospital Emergency Department.
Evelyn is survived by a daughter, Patricialynn Macey and Jon Gatrell of Redding, Conn.; a son, Robert and his wife, Sherry, of Clifton Park, and their three children, Leland, Amanda and Nolan; a son, David and his wife, Gioia, of White Plains, expecting twins in January; and a daughter, Jessika Macey of Danbury, Conn. She is also survived by her brother, Edward and his wife, Georgette Sadler, lifetime residents of Saratoga Springs.
Cremation and arrangements are being handled by Green Funeral Home, Danbury, Conn. Private burial will be held at Green Ridge Cemetery in Saratoga Springs.
