Rachel was the daughter of James Crawford and Margaret Wilson who were early settlers in Fayette and Washington counties. Rachel married William Miller 12 Jan 1783, and was subsequently disowned from the Quakers Hopewell Meeting. Her brother Ephraim named Rachel, deceased, and her heirs, (unnamed) in his will. Rachel died between 1804-1816 in Luzerne near her Crawford siblings, and families they married into, the Wilsons, Goodins, Roberts, Hurford, Dearth's, etc... Her husband William remarried and had three more children William, Sarah, and Ann.
