COCHRAN, Rose 65, of Ladson, died Wednesday evening, April 18, 2007 at her residence with her family. Funeral service will be held Sunday, April 22, 2007 at 2 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Oakbrook Chapel, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville. Burial will follow in Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville. Friends may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, 303 South Main Street, Summerville, from 6 until 8 o'clock Saturday evening. Flowers will be accepted. Mrs. Cochran was born January 11, 1942 in Charleston, a daughter of the late Harry Leroy Carrigg and Thelma Eunice Hutto Carrigg. She attended Charleston County Schools. She enjoyed ceramics and was a homemaker. Surviving are, four daughters, Tammy Leahy of Ladson, Annette Lynn of Concorda, Kansas, Gail Mizell of Lakeland, Florida, Almira Campbell of Summerville; one son, Tyler Cochran of Ladson; 22 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Heyward Carrigg of Charleston, Margaret Chavis of Murrells Inlet, Linda Herring of Turbeville, SC, Louise Baxley of Summerville, Brenda Sander of Williston, SC and Carey Duc of Valley, Alabama She was predeceased by her siblings, Harry Carrigg, Eugene Carrigg, Wayne Carrigg, Glenn Carrigg, Pam Cordaray, James Alvin Carrigg and Terry Baxley.
