A very sad death occurred Friday when Alfred Forbes Myers passed away at the age of 23.
Mr. Myers and family came to Eaton about a year and a half ago, last August he developed pneumonia from exposure to rain and cold while driving his car, and his trouble finally became tubercular, which resulted in his death. He was a member of the Woodsmen, who had charge of his funeral arrangements, the service occurring Sunday afternoon and conducted by Rev. Eldridge at the Methodist church. The internment was made at the Eaton Cemetery, where he was laid to rest beside his Son, (John Brit Myers) who had died the year before.
He leaves a wife and one child and a Brother in Pasadena, Calif., and was a nephew of A.H. Myers. During his short stay here Mr. Myers had made a great deal of friends who grieve his loss and extend to his wife their heart felt sympathy.
