GALESBURG April 18,—Alanson Brimminstool,[sic] one of our old citizens, died in his 64th year, of congestive chills, at his home in Galesburg last night. Mr. Brimminstool was an industrious and worthy man. He came to Michigan some forty years ago, settling in Calhoun county. Some twenty years ago he bought a farm near this place where he has lived till his death. He leaves a wife and daughter, Mrs. Heny Tum.[sic] Mr. B. for some years past has lived in this village, his son-in-law , with his aid, working the farm. April 18-A. Brimminmgstool, a noted farmer and citizen, died this morning. Yesterday he journeyed to his farm, 2 miles north of Galesburg, for a load of wood.
