She was born to Annie Walker and Omer H. Jones Sr. She graduated from Graham High School in 1953. She married Kenneth Hays in January 1954. He preceded her in death. She married William (Bill) Henderson on May 7, 1977.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Omer H. Jones Sr. and Annie Jones Schlittler; her stepfather, Leroy Schlittler; and one brother, John W. Hamilton.
Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Bill Henderson; two sons, Gary Hays and wife Toni and Richard Hays and wife Dawn; one stepson, Dennis Henderson and wife Elizabeth; two brothers, Herman Jones and wife Glenda and Harold L. Hamilton and wife June; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
