Betty J. Sawallisch, 85, of Wonder Lake, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
She was born on July 16, 1935 in Mundeline, IL, the daughter of Clyde and Mildred (Torman) Bond Sr. She married Darwin Sawallisch on November 17, 1956.
Betty was a homemaker, farmer and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Woodstock. She was a member of the ladies Mary & Martha group.
She is survived by her loving husband Darwin; daughters, Julie (Dan) Huff, Elarie (Mike) Waldo & Sharon (Tim) Dow; Six Grandchildren and Three Great-Grandchildren; Eight sisters and One brother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Three sisters & Two brothers.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 19, 2021 at St Johns Lutheran Church from 9:00am until the service at 11:00am. Burial will be at McHenry County Memorial Park Cemetery in Woodstock.
