Lindsey Beavers, age 76 of Marshall, Arkansas died on Thursday, July 1st, 2021 at his home. He was born in Marshall, Arkansas on March 7th, 1945 to Willard Beavers and Juanita Jackson Beavers.

Lindsey was a veteran of the United States Air Force and while in the service he achieved his GED. At one point in time he, his father, and all of his brothers served in various parts of the military. Lindsey met and married the love of his life, Wanda Byrd Beavers on June 12th, 1965. Through all their hardships during their marriage, they always had each other. He loved fishing, hunting, playing cards, and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He particularly loved taking them fishing. Lindsey never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. Family or not he would help in any way that he could.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years; four children/spouses; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; five siblings/spouses; and many other close family and friends who will miss him.

Lindsey is preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Juanita Beavers; daughter, Sherry; and one sister.

Memorial services for Lindsey will be 2:00 PM Sunday, July 4th, 2021 at the Veterans Memorial Hall in Marshall, Arkansas. Everyone is welcome. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery at a later date.
