Ellen T. Catlett Gabhart, 82, died Wednesday, January 7, 1998 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. Born September 29, 1915 in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Mary Gillis Tindal. She was the widow of Elbert Catlett and Kirby Ray Gabhart. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Haggin Memorial Hospital and a member of Glensboro Baptist Church, and a Kentucky Colonel. Survivors include one sister, Irene Edmondson, Lawrenceburg; two step sons, Michael Ray Gabhart, Bossier, LA and Larry Keith Gabhart, Harrodsburg; two step daughters, Jania Maria Reynolds and Jennifer Gayle Jacobi, both of Harrodsburg; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a step son, James G. Catlett and a step daughter, Louise McKinley. Services for Mrs. Gabhart Saturday, January 10, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Rev. Larry Redding officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
