OBITUARY: Wade Hampton Myers, 80, of 137 1/2 Colwell St., Kittanning, died in his home at 11 a.m. yesterday(May 5, 1958) of a heart attack. Born July 17, 1877 in Armstrong County, Myers had been a painter in the Kittanning area all his life. Survivors are his wife, Sadie A. Myers at home; four sons, Wendell H. of Washington, D. C.; Ronald J. at home, Harry R. of .Kittanning and Robert J. of Bethel Park;.- three daughters, Mrs. R. F. (Beulah) Bowser of West Kittanning, Mrs. Michael (Ruth) Beck of Kittanning and Mrs. Robert (Jane) Banks of Kittanning; two step-sons, George Thompson of Adrian RD 1 and Sherwood Thompson of St. Petersburg, Fla.; three step-daughters, Mrs. Edward C. Lemmon of Adrian RD l, Mrs. Thomas Kline of Templeton and Mrs. George Sutton of Alliance, Ohio and seven grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Friends are being received at the Bauer funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Rev, Paul F. Smally, pastor of Wilson Ave. Church of God, will officiate.
