Evelyn married Alden 'Bud' Weakley, in 1945. They lived in New Port, NY, and ran the local 5&10 Retail Store until 1977. Evelyn was a member of the Eastern Star. She and Bud had 3 children, Ward, Myles and Ellen.
Evelyn is survived by Ward (Marilyn) Weakley, Panama City, FL, Myles (Patracia) Weakley, Montrose, MO; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other family members.
She was preceded by her parents Glenn and Marie Sperl; daughter Ellen Walters, Springfield, MO; sisters Gertrude Fagant, Johnstown, NY, Thelma Hamilton, Lakewood, NY, and Betty Knowles, Caroga Lake, NY; brothers Glenn Sperl, Mowhawk, NY, and Elmer Sperl, Murrita, CA.
