MRS. TED GRIFFIN DIES IN CLINTON HOSPITAL SATURDAY:
Mrs. Ted Griffin 24, of Battiest died Saturday at Clinton and funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the gymnaslum at Battiest. Rev. Howard Carter, pastor of the Church of Christ, of Idabel officiating. Arrangements were in charge of Coffey Funeral Home of Idabel. Pallbearers were V.R. Echols, T. Harris, D. McCorkle, E.C. Walden, Wayne Reese and Eual Wright. Survivors are her husband and two children, Ola Mae and Ray Lee, parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Dean, six brothers, Alvie, Lester, Grable, Virgil, Roy and Carl Dean; two sisters, Mrs. C. T. Gammon and Miss Rosa Dean all of Battiest. (her brother Jasper was omited from obit.)
