MORRISDALE - Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today from the Fairview United Methodist Church for Mrs. Rebecca Hurley Rinehart, 77, formerly of Morrisdale R.D., who died Friday in Blase-McGregor Rest Home in Punxsutawney where she had been a guest for several years.
Rev. Homer Smith officiated and interment was in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Rinehart was born Oct. 3, 1896, in Surveyor, Girard Township, the daughter of William and Fannie (Stewart) Hurley. Her husband, Oscar C. Rinehart, preceded her in heath July 22, 1959. She also was preceded in death by an infant daughter.
Mrs. Rinehart was a Methodist by faith.
These brothers and sisters survive: Mrs. Mary Maguire, Morrisdale R.D.; Patrick Hurley, Clearfield; Robert Hurley, Morrisdale R.D.; and John Hurley, Media.
The Strange and Weaver Home for Funerals was in charge of funeral arrangements.
