Clifford "Cliff" Roundtree Barr, of Birmingham, an avid Auburn fan and friend to many, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, the 7th of June 2021. He was 86 years of age.

Cliff was born one of eight children to Archibald Barr (1895-1984) and Mable Griffith Barr (1899-1981) in Wylam, Alabama in August of 1934.

He graduated from Ensley High School, Auburn University, was a member of the Auburn Alumni Association, and served for many years at Pizitz Department Store.

He loved life and could often be seen around town in his red convertible with his dog by his side.

Cliff was the last surviving sibling of eight children. Archibald Barr (1895-1984), James William "Jimmy" Barr (1920-2007), Billie Griffith Barr (1(923-2006), Mary Sue Barr (1925-1925), Kenneth John Barr Sr. (1926-2013), Jack Sterling Barr (1928-2018), Annie Dunn Barr Friday (1933-2013).

He is survived by two sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will commence at two o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday, the 10th of June, at Ridout's Valley Chapel in Homewood. Friends are cordially invited to the visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will immediately follow in Birmingham's historic Elmwood Cemetery.
