Service for Ruby Ardith (Anderson) Wendt, 79, is planned for 11 a.m. today at the Linwood Seventh-day Adventist Church. Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wendt, who was born in Mullan, Neb., died Saturday. She taught elementary school and was an 18-year Fairfield resident.
Survivors include her husband, Ralph; a son, Dale Wendt of Camas, Wash.; a daughter, Marilyn Beck of Green Bluff; a sister, Pearl Gilbertson of Camarillo, Calif.; a brother, Conrad Anderson of Twin Falls, Idaho; three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
