Funeral services were held at the McAsey Funeral Home in Holton, Kansas, Sunday. Burial was in Netawaka Cemetery. The Rev. J.D. Johnson, pastor of Blair's Seventh Day Adventist Church assisted at the rites.
Native of Formosa, Kan., Mr. Anderson was born Apr. 7, 1885. He and Miss Mary Jensen of Blair were married Mar, 4, 1909, and lived on a farm west of Blair until 1913, when they moved to a homestead in Hooker County. After living there more than 20 years, they returned to Washington County in 1935 and farmed northwest of Blair. In 1940 they moved to Netawaka.
Surviving Mr. Anderson are his wife, Mary; two daughters, Mrs. Lyle Gilbertson of Los Angeles and Mrs. Ralph Wendt of Wetmore, Kan.; and one son, Conrad E. Anderson, Jr., of Netawaka. One foster daughter, Mrs. Mildred Hunter of Oakdale, Nebr., also survives. There also are two sisters and five grandchildren.
