Thanks to SUSIE Kent-Spencer #48050412 for her information:

This was my great-grandfather, his daughter; Charlotte Marie Kent, is my grandma, she is buried in the same cemetery.

Grandma told me about her dad, when I was a child. He was a member of the Secret Service, that's how he met my great-grandmother in the Phillipines, he was sent there, back when Aguinaldo was rebelling against the Phillipines, that's where he met my great-grandmother and she gave birth to my grandma at Manilla Bay in Luzon.

They later opened a cafe in Galena, KS, where my grandma helped out, that's where she met my grandpa.
