Anna Tetzloff was the daughter of Martin and Catherine Burzynska Tetzloff from Poland. She was born in Dewey twsp, Portage county, Wisconsin. She was the oldest of thirteen children and came to Ashland at age 16 to work at a boarding house. It was there she met her husband, Andrew Fralka, a polish immigrant. They married 8 November 1892 and raised eight children to adulthood. Their sons Stephen and Bernard are buried in St. Agnes cemetery also.
