Elsie Eaves of Salem, MO was born on December 31, 1916, in Lenox MO to Henry Thomas and Ida L. (Freeze) Eaves. She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones on May 10, 2021, at the age of 104 years.

Elsie worked at Rawlings Sporting Goods and she enjoyed bowling with her co-workers in their free time.

She also liked spending time gardening; tending to her flowers. Elsie loved visiting with her grandchildren.

Elsie is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ida (Freeze) Eaves; brothers: Archie Eaves, Raymond Eaves, and George Eaves; sisters: Gracie Kahlor, Delphia Martin; and infant sister, Vergie Eaves.

Elsie is survived by her son, Lou Eaves of Salem, MO; three granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, May 14, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. at the Enke Cemetery in Lenox, MO with Steve Bramblett officiating.
