SMITHTOWN, LI., March 9 —A. Bruce Bielaski Jr., a partner in the law firm of Klein & Bielaski, of which Suffolk County Executive John V. N. Klein was formerly a member, died here today. He was 63 years old and lived in St. James.

Mr. Bielaski's late father headed the Bureau of Investigation of the Department of Justice in World War I. The son graduated in 1932 from Amherst College, where he was captain of the tennis and swimming teams, and from the New York University Law School in 1935.

Surviving are his widow, the former Olga Benvin; four daughters, Jennifer, Mrs. Barbara Kitchell, Mrs. Brenda Hegfield and Mrs. Sally Kulzer; a brother, two sisters and nine grandchildren.
